Adobe eLearning Build
June 3rd, 2009 by emilyWhen I was ask about doing a sim for Adobe I nearly fainted. Me… ummm what? Wow, I mean yes! I will of course I will “at the time I’m thinking was I good enough?”.
I had fun building the Adobe sim but it was also a pain because even though I designed the buildings I had to do them in the style Adobe wanted but that’s nothing new when building for others and you have to accept that or move on.
I would of like to have more control over the sim design but all in all it was an honor to be building for Adobe.

Club “Isle du Diable” (The prison club)
November 11th, 2007 by emilyThis club was a project in between paying builds for my roleplay sim as a place were players can meet and dance. It’s based on the late 1800’s and early 1900’s prisons. Comes complete with prison cells and modern prison toilets. The floor opens to a lava pit with hot flowing lava. Time to Build: 3 days.

Custom Home on Doe Bay
November 11th, 2007 by emilyThis build was one of my favorite builds. I was contracted to build this home by a client wishing to capture the feel of the Pacific Northwest’s San Juan Islands. He supplied images and ideas of what he wanted and I filled in the blanks. There is a central home with a large patio overlooking falls and surrounded by rivers flowing into a cove. Along side the house are two bedrooms in the same style at the main home. The waterfalls, paths and the overall landscaping was done by me with additional plants added by the client.
Most of the furniture was also custom built. Chairs, coffee tables, couches, book cases with scripted doors, a built in bar and scripted lamps and over head lighting.
Feel Free to contact Casius Masala in Second Life for a tour of this home. Time to build: One Month

Furniture
November 11th, 2007 by emilyI made much of this furniture for the Doe Bay custom home, much of it is experimental and wasn’t used in the final build. I have recently added a store at New Olympus. The lamps are scripted with multiple settings.

Neptune Island
November 11th, 2007 by emilyNeptune Island is a recreational and rental sim. I first did the landscaping based on plans then built pathways, light poles, fences and bridge. I then built 6 original homes for the sim with the rest of the land open to
renters who wanted to use their own homes. There’s a dock and mall and a small club for dancers. Please contact Earl McAlpine for any questions. Time to Build: one month

Olympus - Classical
November 11th, 2007 by emilyThe was my first build on my sim: It’s based somewhat on ancient Athens Greece and was intended as a historical roleplay sim. It had several larger homes for the wealthy elite and many smaller homes for players who couldn’t afford to be rich…. This was a co-build sim with some of the homes built by Arden Tal. Time to build: 2 weeks

Athena
November 11th, 2007 by emilyThis was my first large scale sim. A fictional ancient greek city roleplay that never quite took off. I was one of three builders and was responsible for about half the city. Homes, Apartments and Arena were all built by me. Time to build: 5 weeks.
